Returns Policy
Returns Accepted: We will accept returns on products that are unopened for a full refund within 14 days of shipping out from our facility. PHOTOS MUST BE SUBMITTED or there is NOTHING we can do about it. Return will be given as Money back refund once product have been received back into our plant. Furthermore, You may also request a replacement of the same product or different product of equal value instead of money back. The return shipping will be paid by the buyer.
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
NOTE: We are a premium jerky company that processes jerky like the old western style, cut from top round whole muscle meat, which means we are NOT the grinded, softer jerky like most mainstream jerky companies out there. Our jerky is dry and tough, and have never been advertised as soft. Please do not contact us for a refund if you are unhappy with it being tough, as it has been explained here on our website. We are proud to keep our tradition and this is our style, therefore we do not guarantee satisfaction as it would all be opinion based. Our true cowboys have loved this style for the last 75 years.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
We ship anywhere within the USA. We ship within 3-7 business days after receipt of payment. Shipping speed may vary and there is no guarantee on an exact date. We appreciate your patience.
NOTE: During this time, the USPS may be experiencing some delays, they may also be behind on updating tracking and local post offices may be closed in some areas which can also take longer to receive shipment, especially if they have to reroute. We thank you for your patience.
ADDRESSES: Please be sure to enter the correct address.
It is our policy that it is the customers responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at the time of purchase. If the package is sent to the address entered incorrectly and it is returned to our facility we can re-ship the package for an additional $11.99 flat rate at the customers expense. If it is not returned, there is nothing we can do at that point. We do not accept responsibility for incorrect addresses. Please check your autofill shipping addresses before completing the purchase.
You can try email us at [email protected], but with our volume of emails and orders there is no guarantee we will see it in time. There is NOTHING we can do after the products have been shipped out. The responsibility lies on the customer to enter the correct address.
