Totally glad I got this to experience the company’s base line. My routine is experience the smells upon opening my jerky’s. The beef was so natural and made me salivate immediately. The buffalo was also very aromatic and could immediately distinguish the difference between buffalo and beef. The elk seemed to have no smell to me but still looked good, definitely darker of the meats.
The beef tasted amazing and the consistency was exactly what I was looking for. The buffalo was also great chewing and taste wise. Very similar to the beef but can tell the meat has a smokyier underbite when tasting. The elk was the driest and felt had no taste. To me at least. As I finished the pack it was elk that started to leave moisture “water” in the bag which turned me off from finishing. I found myself depressed when knew the beef was gone.
Needless to say I have already made another order! I wish there was larger weight options so could bulk order to keep in freezer to last a month! But i dont mind paying the price!!
Long story short. Great product, great taste!
