The berries inside were legit, but the quality of the chocolate used was questionable. It was pretty waxy and didn't have a very rich flavor. I also think these may have been sitting around on the shelf for a while as the chocolate had discolored quite a bit as well. I'm not mad that I tried them, but I wouldn't get them again.
